Kolter Group identifies Cresswind as a 55+ gated neighborhood within PGA Village Verano, with its own neighborhood recreation and access to Verano amenities. Check the applicable occupancy and association requirements for the specific address when comparing Cresswind with other Verano homes.

What Are the Current HOA Dues and Inclusions?
Request the current association budget, assessment schedule and resale disclosure or estoppel information for the home. Verify lawn care, communications services, amenity access, maintenance responsibilities, transfer charges and any additional assessments directly from those documents. This guide does not publish a community-wide fee range without a current association source.
How Should Buyers Check CDD Assessments?
Review the property's actual tax bill through the St. Lucie County Tax Collector and ask the title or closing professional to identify the applicable district and assessments. Confirm the amounts and whether any obligations remain after closing for that parcel. HOA dues and tax-bill assessments should be reviewed separately.
