What is Astor Creek Golf & Country Club?

Astor Creek is a gated golf community in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast, next to PGA Verano. It brings together an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse dining, recreation and single-family homes from Kolter Homes and Taylor Morrison. Buyers can explore new construction and resale opportunities with Treasure Coast House Hunters.

The story of the community

Built around golf.
Designed for life beyond it.

Astor Creek’s appeal starts with a simple idea: home and club life should feel connected. Golf is the centerpiece, but the experience extends to dinner with friends, time by the pool, a workout or an evening on the social calendar.

The community has grown from an early new-construction opportunity into a place where buyers can experience the homes and club together. Kolter’s development and homes, Taylor Morrison’s home offerings, and the club’s gathering spaces give buyers several parts of the story to consider—not just a floorplan.

THE COURSE

A reason to get outside.

The Christopher Wilczynski-designed course gives golf a central place in daily life.

THE CLUB

A place to connect.

Dining, activities and shared gathering spaces make the community about more than the game.

THE HOMES

A choice that is personal.

Compare builders, layouts, homesites and resale homes against how you actually want to live.

Our Astor Creek story

We didn’t discover Astor Creek
after the homes were built.

There for the first to-be-built sale.

Our team has been involved in Astor Creek since the very beginning, selling the community’s very first to-be-built home. Since then, we have helped buyers purchase numerous homes from both Kolter Homes and Taylor Morrison and have represented a resale listing within the community.

That experience gives us a perspective across the community’s development, the builder purchase process and the resale conversation.

Connected beyond the closing.

We are also outside members of Astor Creek’s club. You will regularly find us there for dining and social events. We live right next door in PGA Verano, so Astor Creek is part of our everyday local world.

When we talk about the club atmosphere, we bring our own experience as members—not just what we read in a brochure.

The golf experience

A course at the heart of the community.

Astor Creek’s 18-hole course was designed by Christopher Wilczynski. The club describes a layout of more than 7,000 yards, with broad fairways and multiple tee choices. Practice facilities include a driving range, short-game area and putting greens.

For a buyer, the questions go beyond course design. How often do you want to play? What membership terms apply to the home you are considering? How does your preferred homesite relate to play, views and privacy? Those details belong in your home search from the start.

Dining & social life

The clubhouse restaurant and bar provide a setting for meals, conversation and club gatherings. For us, dining and social events are a real part of what keeps us connected to Astor Creek.

Fitness & recreation

The community’s amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis. Consider which facilities you will use regularly when comparing your options.
