GL Homes' Valencia Vista lifestyle information identifies Vista alongside the earlier Valencia Cay, Grove, Walk and Parc neighborhoods. Compare the social club, home styles and association arrangements of each neighborhood rather than treating all Riverland addresses as interchangeable.

Does Riverland Offer Villas?

Yes. GL Homes advertises a Luxury Club Villa Collection at Valencia Parc. The page reviewed October 22, 2026 describes four designs ranging from 1,293 to 1,889 air-conditioned square feet and advertised pricing from the mid-$300,000s. This is developer marketing for that collection, not a verified community-wide resale price range or a guarantee that a particular home is available at that price. Confirm current release timing, inventory, homesite charges, options and written pricing directly.

Obtain the current budget, assessment schedule and resale disclosure or estoppel information for the specific Valencia neighborhood and property.
