What does the Premier package include?
- Family membership covering a spouse/significant other and children up to age 25.
- Tee-time access to three championship courses with a seven-day member confirmation window. Blackout dates apply for sanctioned tournaments and agronomic practices.
- Member-exclusive dining, member-only social events and access to club member golf events.
- Access to participate in the Member Walking Program, Member Private Golf Car Program and Annual Trail Pass Program. Confirm their rules, eligibility and charges; access to a program does not mean its costs are included.
- Club guest rates under the club's rules and complimentary GHIN Handicap System registration.
- Member food-and-beverage pricing at PGA Golf Club dining outlets.

Membership, public play and residential amenities
PGA Golf Club’s website provides a public-play route as well as membership information. Compare current public tee-time prices for the dates and times you would actually play with a full membership quote. Availability and terms can differ.
A home in PGA Village or PGA Village Verano should be evaluated under its own residential documents. Request any golf-related obligations for that address and verify club rights directly with the club. Do not assume a seller’s membership transfers with the deed.

How to compare membership with paying per round
Estimate your annual number of rounds and compare like-for-like costs. For membership, include any joining payment, annual dues and round charges. For public play, use realistic rates for your season and preferred times, including applicable taxes and cart charges.
For your first-year budget, initiation plus one year of dues totals $62,960 before applicable taxes, cart fees and optional services. In later years, use the applicable annual dues plus playing and optional charges. The October 2026 package does not specify a cart-fee amount, so obtain that amount before calculating a per-round comparison.
Seasonal residents should compare the number of rounds they expect to play while in residence. Frequent golfers should also ask about the reservation process, availability and the particular privileges in the offered category.
Keep the home budget separate
