Lisa is a veteran agent with more than 15 years of residential real estate sales experience and skill. She and her husband have been residents of Vero Beach and recently moved into a new construction home, right on the coastal border of Martin and St. Lucie counties, so they can throw a few beach chairs in the back of the Jeep and be on the sand in 12 minutes or be on the Intracoastal Waterway boating in five. They gained their love of spending time outdoors and on the water while raising their two children in Edgartown, on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, and grew up themselves on the Great Lakes of Michigan.

She is well-equipped to provide clients with considerable insight and expertise into new construction or the remodeling of good bones houses, given her interior architecture/design education and experience as a designer. Her keen eye locates exciting properties and settings for her clients that she would love for herself. She has sold homes ranging from resort cottages to luxury waterfront properties valued over $8mm. Her critical thinking skills, calmness in transactions, and tenacity have helped guide her buyers and sellers through difficult markets, including the 2008 economic crisis. She pours over data and her clients appreciate the financial reports and real estate updates she emails out, even if they aren’t in the market to make a move.

Lisa met Ann and Jamie Chauss on the opposite side of the table, while she was representing the seller. She was so impressed with their diligence, market and technical knowledge, and client dedication, she called them up and told them she wanted to be a part of their top producing Treasure Coast House Hunters team with the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand. She enjoys helping others discover all the Treasure Coast has to offer (best weather and beaches in Florida, in our opinion), and specializes in Vero Beach and the Palm City/Stuart/Jensen Beach coastal region.
